    Dig into the history of food and cookery through two collections on the University of Leeds campus.

    Explore the Cookery Collection at the Treasures of the Brotherton Gallery and hear a short history of cookery books by food historian Eileen White, before heading to the M&S Company Archive to discover the history of food at M&S.

     

    Includes an Archivist’s Talk, a guided tour of the Marks In Time exhibition and refreshments.
