M&S Chairman visits Archive

We were recently honoured to welcome our very first visitor to the M&S Company Archive, none other than the Chairman of Marks & Spencer, Robert Swannell.
The Chairman toured the exhibition and browsed the collection in the state-of-the-art archive strong room. He enjoyed seeing how the Company has developed into the M&S that we know today, and how the archive is actively used within the business for information and inspiration.
"This is a wonderful resource and I was both delighted and proud to see M&S's commitment to preserving our great heritage. This archive will continue to provide inspiration for our new products for years to come."
